Mary Lynch Howell is a lifelong resident of Birmingham.  She graduated from Marian High School and attended Michigan State University.  She is a very active member of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in Beverly Hills, has served on the Parent Networking Committee and Tradition and Vision Campaign at Marian High School and has been a great supporter of the IHM Community. Mary has been the Comptroller of Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors for over 30 years.  She, and her husband, Mike Howell, who is a licensed Funeral Director, own and operate Schrader-Howell Funeral Home in Plymouth. 

Mary and Mike are the proud parents of two daughters.  Their oldest daughter, Julie Howell Romein, is a graduate of Marian High School, Michigan State University and Wayne State University School of Mortuary Science.  Julie is a licensed Funeral Director working with her parents at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home.  Their daughter, Molly Howell is also a graduate of Marian High School and Michigan State University.  She is a teacher at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs School.  Mary and Mike’s true pride and joy is the darling granddaughter, Mary Rose Romein.
